2016 Snake + Herring Dirty Boots Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark red black tinged core with a bright dark red hue. Elevated red to blackcurrant and mulberry scents merge into cedary tobacco characters, light dusty earth, dried herbs and bay leaf. Medium bodied with a good deal of finesse and elegance the palate eloquently features red currant and mulberry flavours over a back drop of dusty vanillin cedar, tobacco, dried herb and spice elements. Dryish finish with faintly chalky yet fine, well integrated tannins providing excellent structure. Solid depth with a medium to long spicy red fruited, dried herb and tobacco aftertaste.
