Matured for 16 months in new (33%) and older French oak barriques. Bright straw green colour with a watery hue. Rich aromatics of ripe peaches, apricots and honeycomb overlay nougat, hints of butterscotch and spicy citrus. Rich and textured the palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of ripe peaches and apricots laced with honeycomb over nuances of nougat, subtle cashew and spice. Clean finish with balanced acidity and a long ripe peach, apricot, honeycomb, nougat and spicy cashew aftertaste.
