2016 Seville Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose conjures up delicate white peach and melon aromatics with dried honey, hints of cashew and light spice following on. Medium bodied with good freshness and a slightly creamy mouthfeel the palate features flavours of white peaches and nectarines subtlety laced with dried honey over some cashew and spicy nougat. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of white peaches, dried honey, cashew and spicy nougat.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
