Bright straw colour with a greenish tinge to the edges and a very pale straw hue. Nosing evokes aromas of ripe peaches, honeycomb and light butterscotch over subtle toasty vanillin oak elements and citrusy nougat notes. Very creamy in texture yet not quite as concentrated as expected the palate possesses flavours of ripe peaches, honeycomb and citrusy nougat over light butterscotch and toasted vanillin oak. Sufficient acidity is present on the soft round finish. Medium length aftertaste.
