A 54/33/13% blend; not sure how long this spends in oak, but 56% new French hogsheads and puncheons were used; no matter as everything has come together well. There's texture, a slipperiness, flavours of poached stone fruit with ginger cream plus a savoury twist. Full-bodied and a richness without it getting lost.
