Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of passionfruit mingle with ripe gooseberries, citrusy asparagus like notes and a subtle grassiness. Fullish textural feel with generous flavours of passionfruit laced with dried herbs followed by some ripe citrus, light asparagus and cedar shavings. Clean dry finish with vibrant acidity and a long aftertaste of passionfruit, dried herbs, asparagus, citrus and light cedar shavings.
