Matured in French oak hogsheads for 18 months. Inky black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Elevated plum, blackberry and liquorice aromas meld into vanillin confectionary like notes. Rich juicy palate with dark plum, liquorice and blackberry flavours dominate over vanillin confectionary. Fresh finish with a touch of youthful inkiness to it. Velvety tannins. Opulent feel with an aftertaste of dark plums, liquorice, blackberries and vanillin confectionary.
