2016 Rob Hall Cabernets

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 20% Petit Verdot. Very deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Subtle blackcurrant aromas laced with black olive emerge from the glass followed by dried herbs, lightly scorched cedar and spice. The elegant palate features spicy red and blackcurrant flavours over black olive, lightly smoked cedar and traces of dried herbs. Slightly dryish finish with balanced finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy blackcurrants, black olive, smoky cedar and dried herbs.
Cellar 5-6 years.
