Brilliant straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and lemon butter intermix with some toasty honey like notes and spice. Light and elegant with a subtlety creamed mid palate textural feel flavours of pears, honeyed toast like characters and lemon butter preside over some spice. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and an aftertaste of pears, lemon butter, honeyed toast and light spicy nuts.
