Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Ripe lime, citrus and subtle orange rind aromas are to the fore with ensuing talc and mineral notes. Zesty flavours of lime, citrus and crunchy green apple form a core around a steely spine with a dry mineral infused finish and fresh snappy acidity. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, talc and steely mineral. Great with a plate of fresh oysters now or cellar 6-8 years.
