2016 Riposte The Sabre Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Fragrant violet laced scents of dark cherries, plums and strawberries are followed by spicy cedar, light earth and some meaty notes. A savoury flavour profile of dark cherries, plum and ripe strawberries greets the palate with an undercard of spicy vanillin cedar and earth. Supple feel with finely grained tannins showing excellent integration. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, ripe strawberries, vanillin cedar and earth.
