Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays top notes of peach and apricots followed by subtle dried honey and lemon butter scents. Light in body and very elegant the palate is delicately flavoured with nectarine, apricot and lemon butter over traces of spicy cashew. Fresh dry finish with an aftertaste of nectarine, lemon butter, cashew and spice.
