2016 Reillys R Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Elevated aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice are integrated with vanillin oak, leather and spicy earth notes. Full bodied, rich and chewy the lavish yet robust palate is awash with blackcurrant and liquorice fruits which are supported by a firm tannin structure. Earthy vanillin oak, leather and spice characters linger on the grippy finish. Ripe yet muscular feel with a medium to long leathery conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
