2016 Raidis Estate Billy Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque midnight black core with a very dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced red to black currant and mulberry scents intermingle with cigar box, earthy black olive and spice notes. Rich blackcurrant fruits are underpinned by a robust tannin structure with black olive, cigar box, spicy earth and bay leaf characters tailing off into the distance. Finishes dry and chalky with a medium length aftertaste.
