Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and musk aromas combine, with traces of honeycomb, quince and ginger also present. Rich flavours of ripe pears, musk and honeycomb form a luscious mouthfeel followed by some ginger and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of spicy ripe pears, infusions of musk, honeycomb and a touch of ginger.
