Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of peach and lemon butter along with a hint of apricot over lightly honeyed nougat and subtle spice. Very elegant with a light creaminess, the palate has flavours of citrus, nectarines, traces of lemon butter, light bees wax characters and spicy nougat. Clean dry finish with good freshness. Aftertaste of citrus, lemon butter, subtle bees wax, light nougat and spice.
