Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing offers up lime juice top notes intermixed with some florals, citrus, orange rind and subtle talc. Flavours of lime juice, citrus and orange rind infusions drive the palate over some talcy mineral characters. Clean, crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of lime juice, citrus, talc and mineral.
