Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Fragrant passionfruit top notes are followed by some green apple and tropical fruits with some faint herbaceous citrus like characters ensuing. Light and zippy the palate has flavours of passionfruit, green apple and citrus with underlying traces of mineral. Crisp acidity finishing clean and dry. Aftertaste of passionfruit, green apple, citrus and light mineral.
