2016 Pikes Traditonale Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts. Mineral laden aromas of lemon, lime and orange rind rise from the glass followed by talc end notes. The palate possesses wonderful vibrancy and freshness with concentrated flavours of lemon and lime bursting across the mouth creating a mouth watering experience. Some green apple, talc infusions and mineral are also present. Dry finish with crunchy acidity and a long aftertaste of lemon, lime, some orange and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.
