Very deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of aniseed mix with black raspberry and scorched earth followed by some dried herb and black pepper notes. Medium bodied flavours of aniseed and black raspberry infused with a mix of scorched earth and dried herbs finish with some blackpepper characters. Dryish finish with a slightly rustic feel to the tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
