Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pears and citrus are followed by light musk infusions and faint mineral end notes. Light and fresh the palate has delicate flavours of pears and citrus over some granny smith apples and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pears, green apples and citrusy mineral.
