Translucent pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Delicate aromas of cherries and strawberries are overlaid by faint rose petal notes with a hint of spice also present. Light with a fresh yet rounded mouthfeel the palate has flavours of cherries pomegranate and raspberries with subtle stony mineral characters on the lively dry finish. Savoury aftertaste of cherries, pomegranate and stony mineral.
