2016 Penny's Hill The Agreement Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Zesty passionfruit and green apple aromas are followed by some lime and light citrusy asparagus end notes. Light weight the palate has refreshing flavours of passionfruit and lime overlaying some citrusy mineral and faint asparagus. Clean dry finish with racy acidity and an aftertaste of passionfruit, lime and citrusy mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
