Brilliant water like colour with a lively tinge of green around the outskirts. Lifted lime and citrus top notes meld into some orange rind, green apple and steely mineral. Excellent intensity with freshly squeezed lime and citrus flavours giving the palate a zippy feel. Nuances of orange, wet steel and mineral ensuing. Dry crunchy acid finish with a long lime, citrus, subtle orange and steely mineral aftertaste.
