Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Lifted blackberry and liquorice aromas intermix with choc mint, vanillin cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate has an elegant feel to it with generous flavours of blackberry, blackcurrant and liquorice gently infused with choc mint over a spicy, slightly dusty vanillin cedar back drop. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, blackcurrant, choc mint, earthy vanillin cedar and spice.
