Fermented and matured in French oak for 6 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and ripe apple aromas are overlaid by some honeysuckle with light quince end notes. Mid weight palate with a good combination of ripe fruits and freshness. Ripe pear and red apple flavours are to the fore over infusions of honeysuckle and spice. Finishes dry with good fresh acidity and an aftertaste of ripe pears, apples, light honeysuckle and spice.
