Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts. Zesty lime and lemon scents are followed by granny smith apple, notions of wet steel and mineral. Possessing a racy mouthfeel the palate dishes up concentrated flavours of lime, lemon and green apple over a back drop of subtle orange rind infusions and flinty mineral. Dry crisp finish with a long lime, lemon, green apple, subtle orange rind and flinty mineral aftertaste.
