2016 Paracombe Shiraz

Matured for 20 months in French oak. Magnificent dense inky black colour with a deep black dark red hue. Pronounced liquorice and black cherry aromas fill the olfactory senses with smoky vanillin cedar, earth and blackpepper also present. Rich, tightly packed black cherry and liquorice fruits are complimented by smoky vanillin cedar, black olives and peppered earth elements. A sturdy tannin structure lends a robust feel to the tense pepper infused aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
