The fruit for this wine has been sourced from cool climate vineyards located in the Strathbogies and North East Victoria. Bright straw, apricot tinged colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromatics of ripe pears and Jonathan apples overlaid by a combination of honeysuckle and light musk with confectionary end notes. Light and lively the palate has a smooth rounded textural feel with flavours of fresh pears and Jonathan apples intermixed with subtle honeysuckle finishing dry and spicy. Bright fresh acidity with an aftertaste of fresh ripe pears, Jonathan apple, subtle honeysuckle and spice.
