Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted nectarine and grapefruit aromas subtlety infused with gun flint meld into traces of dried honey, biscuity oak and spice. Elegant and refined, the finish possesses a sense of creaminess with flavours of nectarines and honeycomb sitting over a back drop of some lightly toasted biscuity oak, lemon butter and spice. Good balanced acidity with a medium length conclusion.
