2016 Organic Hill Preservative Free Shiraz

Certified organic and preservative free. Totally opaque inky black core with a deep dark purple black hue. Ripe black cherry, black plum and liquorice aromas sit over smoked dried meats and blackpepper. Full in body and possessing excellent richness, flavours of liquorice dominate the front palate with some black cherry and vanillin cedar also chipping in. Blackpepper characters then take over the finish. Robust tannins give the mouthfeel a slight grippiness. Aftertaste of liquorice, black cherries, vanillin cedar, dried meats and blackpepper.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
