Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of quince and red apples delicately infused with floral musk like notes are followed by some honeysuckle and mineral. Light, elegant palate finishing dry and fresh with flavours of red apples, pears and honeysuckle overlaying stony mineral and spice. Lively acidity with an aftertaste of apples, pears, lightly spiced honeysuckle and stony mineral.
