2016 O'Leary Walker Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Top notes of granny smith apple and lime are followed by some orange rind and flinty mineral. Flavours of lemon, lime juice and green apple are braced against a steely core of acid and flinty mineral. Lean and tight in the mouth with a crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lime juice, green apple, lemon and steely mineral.
Cellar 6-8 years.
