Magnificent saturation of colour featuring an impenetrable inky black core and a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe black cherry, liquorice and cassis aromas lead the way over vanillin cedar, faint dried herbs and spice. Rich mouthfilling flavours of blackberries, liquorice and juicy black cherries sit atop vanillin cedar and spicy pepper finishing with bright youthful acidity. Dry, slightly chewy conclusion with chalky tannins and an aftertaste of blackberries, liquorice, black cherry juice, spicy vanillin cedar and pepper.
