2016 Muster Shiraz

Totally opaque black as night colour with a deep dark purple black tinged hue. Strong elevated scents of liquorice and ripe black cherries are complimented by smoky vanillin cedar, hints of spicy fennel and blackpepper. Plush and deep the palate is richly flavoured with ripe black cherry and liquorice flavours which are subtlety infused with smoky vanillin cedar and notions of fennel. Concludes with some spicy black pepper, velvet smooth tannins and a medium to long savoury aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice, smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and blackpepper.
