2016 Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard Old Cherry Block Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Zesty passionfruit, lime and granny smith apple aromas jump from the glass followed by light herbaceous grassy characters and citrusy mineral end notes. Light with a crunchy freshness to it the palate sports flavours of limes and granny smith apples over citrusy mineral infusions and a light grassiness. Finishes dry with crisp punchy acidity and an aftertaste of limes, granny smith apples, citrusy mineral infusions and some faint herbaceous grassy characters.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
