Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. Distinct lime top notes are followed by citrus and granny smith apple aromas with some wet steel and chalky minerality also chiming in. Wrapped around a tightly coiled core are intense lime, lemon and green apple flavours. Dry steely mineral finish with crunchy fresh acidity. Aftertaste of lime, lemon, green apple, wet steel and mineral.
