2016 Mr Riggs Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced lime and citrus aromas rise from the glass with undercurrents of orange rind, green apples and slatey mineral. The palate is a combination of precise acidity and excellent fruit concentration with flavours of lime and citrus prevalent over granny smith apple and slatey mineral. Fine elegant mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish. Long lime, citrus, subtle orange rind and slatey mineral aftertaste.
