Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime and lemon scents prevail over some green apple, orange rind and mineral characters. The palate possesses intense lime juice and citrusy orange rind flavours with a steely backbone and dry mineral infused finish. Fresh crunchy acidity with a long lime juice, lemon, subtle orange rind and wet steel aftertaste.
