A blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 20% Shiraz and 10% Cinsault. Deep dark purple core with black tinged edgings and a bright purple red hue. Nosing reveals dark raspberry, ripe cherry and subtle liquorice aromas followed by violets, light earth and spice. Light in weight, very elegant and tightly structured the palate features bright cherry and raspberry flavours over traces of liquorice, earth and spice. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and light, finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of bright cherries, fresh raspberries, subtle earth and spice.
