2016 Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose is scented with grassy unripe gooseberry top notes intermixed with herbaceous asparagus characters, dried herbs and citrus which overlay some subtle cedar infusions. Very dry and Graves like in style the palate displays elegant flavours of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus and asparagus infused with dried herbs followed by some pencil shavings on the finish. Fresh lively acidity with an aftertaste of grassy herbaceous characters, asparagus, light citrus, dried herbs and subtle pencil shavings.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
