Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted white peach and nectarine aromas laced with dried honey are followed by hints of nougat, cashew and spice. Full and round in the mouth with good richness and a viscous creamy like textural feel, the palate is filled with flavours of ripe peaches, honeycomb, light butterscotch and traces of spice. Excellent intensity finishing dry with sufficient acidity. Long aftertaste of ripe peaches, honeycomb, a touch of butterscotch, cashew and spicy nougat.
