Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pears, limes and green apples are subtlety infused with fresh herbs followed by some spice end notes. Vibrant lime and green apple flavours dominate over some citrus and delicate spicy herb infusions. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of spicy limes, green apples, citrus and fresh herb infusions.
