2016 Momo Organic Sauvignon Blanc

Certified Organic. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy aromas intermix with asparagus, citrus and capsicum. The palate has a broad feel to it, although there’s a lick of fresh acidity on the finish. Flavours of gooseberry combine with grassy asparagus characters and dried herbs. Concludes with a modest aftertaste of gooseberries, citrus, grassy asparagus characters and dried herbs. Starting to look a bit flat. Drink now.
