2016 Mitchelton Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Elevated ripe blackcurrant aromas intermix with dark plum, cedary tobacco characters and spice. Medium bodied, generous ripe blackcurrant and subtle liquorice flavours meld with cedar, tobacco and spicy dried herb characters. Firms up on the finish with a robust tannin structure providing grip. Chewy aftertaste of spicy blackcurrant, liquorice, cedary tobacco characters and traces of dried herbs.
