2016 Michel Sarrazin Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red core with a vibrant crimson red purple hue. Fragrant notes of ripe red raspberries and strawberries meld together with plum juice notes, subtle dried herb infusions and lightly toasted cedar. The palate has juicy flavours of red raspberries, strawberries and red cherries over subtle earthy cedar and spice. Slightly dryish finish with finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, strawberries, red cherries and light spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
