2016 Maxwell Little Demon Shiraz Grenache

A blend of 77% Shiraz, 21% Grenache and 2% Viognier. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Lifted ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas meet up with dark raspberries followed by vanillin oak, light earth and spice. Medium bodied the palate boasts succulent blackberry, liquorice and dark plum flavours with underlying vanillin oak and spice. Plush mouthfeel with velvety tannins. Good depth with an aftertaste of spicy blackberry, dark plum, liquorice and subtlety earthed vanillin cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
