Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Spicy Morello cherry aromas laced with fresh herbs greet the nostrils followed by earthy overtones and hints of liquorice. Plump ripe Morello cherry and plum flavours sit over a touch of liquorice, earthy vanillin cedar and spice. Vibrant acidity with slightly chewy tannins and a modest ripe Morello cherry, plum, earthy vanillin cedar and spicy dried cherry aftertaste.
