Bright straw colour with a watery hue. On the nose lifted ripe pear and Jonathan apple aromas are overlaid by musk and honeysuckle with confectionary end notes. Very rounded, almost broad in its mouthfeel the palate has flavours of pears and red apples intermixing with traces of citrus, musk and honeysuckle. Clean dry finish with relatively soft acidity by today’s standards. Aftertaste of pears, red apples, citrusy honeysuckle and light musk.
