Matured in seasoned French and American oak. Semi translucent bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Fragrant raspberry jube and ripe red cherry aromas sail from the glass followed by juicy plums and subtle red liquorice infusions with spicy end notes. Light and juicy with ripe red raspberry jube and plum flavours dominate over subtle infusions of incense and spicy earth. Bright vibrant finish with very refined tannins. Aftertaste of raspberry jubes, plums, strawberry confection and spice.
